Managing Director
Kagiso Mosanya, PMI-SP®, PMP®
Kagiso Mosanya is a reliable and results-driven Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 8 years of experience in a wide array of industries, including Power & Energy, Petrochemicals, and Mining. Well-versed in construction contracts such as NEC, FIDIC, and GCC, Kagiso has a successful track record of planning and executing complex Turn-Around and Capital Projects ranging from small-scale to mega-construction.
As a seasoned Project Planner and Project Manager, he efficiently utilises leading enterprise project management systems such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and SAP to optimise planning, scheduling, and monitoring of projects.
Throughout his career, Kagiso has honed their interpersonal and leadership skills, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and working proactively under tight deadlines. His relentless pursuit of quality has produced tangible results in the form of project success spanning cost and schedule management, risk mitigation, and resource allocation.
Holding a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and several relevant certifications, Kagiso is committed to continuous professional development to stay ahead of the curve in the dynamic project management landscape

Peter Phatsoane, PMI-SP®
Peter is experienced in project planning (PMI-SP), project estimating and construction management professional with over 10 years demonstrated experienced in Power & Energy as well as Civil Infrastructure projects. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in both Mechanical Engineering and Project Management. Peter has done cross boarder projects in Malawi and Botswana.
Peter is passionate about system optimisation to enable effective project delivery.
